Theresa Pisoni has been working with children and immersed in the Montessori philosophy since 1994. With a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education, she brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and compassion to her classroom. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child is unique and capable of extraordinary growth when nurtured in a supportive and inspiring environment.

For Theresa, teaching is not just a job — it’s a calling. She is passionate about guiding children through their early learning journey, encouraging independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Over the years, she has helped countless students build strong academic foundations while supporting their emotional and social development through Montessori principles.

Theresa is known for her warm, patient, and engaging approach, creating a classroom where children feel safe, valued, and excited to explore the world around them. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending quality time with her granddaughter, which continues to inspire and deepen her love for early childhood education.
