Dwayne Alexander is the CEO and Managing Partner of Little Scholars Montessori Academy (LSMA), which he proudly co-owns and operates alongside his wife, Yolanda Alexander. With a strong background in real estate, technology, and community development, Dwayne brings more than a decade of leadership and entrepreneurial expertise to the Academy.

His leadership philosophy blends strategic business vision with a deep personal commitment to children’s growth and community impact. Under his guidance, LSMA operates with a focus on both operational excellence and a mission-driven culture—nurturing confident, independent, and curious learners who are prepared for lifelong success.

Driven by a bold vision to expand access to high-quality Montessori education throughout South King County, Dwayne oversees LSMA’s organizational growth, strategic partnerships, and day-to-day operations. His forward-thinking leadership has positioned the Academy as a trusted, family-centered learning community, where every child receives the support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
